A person must stand in fear of just those things that truly have the power to do us harm, of nothing else,
for nothing else is fearsome.
~ Beatrice, Dante Alighieri's 'The Divine Comedy'
Having completed over five years of counselling training and also achieved an MA in Psychosynthesis Psychology with The Institute of Psychosynthesis in London. This training, and my experience of management, mentoring and coaching, has afforded me a foundation in providing a safe, confidential and professional counselling service, complemented by an intuitive and compassionate approach to working with clients.
In this busy, fast-paced and sometimes hectic world, I offer a space where clients can pause and choose to step out of the tumult of the external world, and obligations to others, and take an hour to nurture their inner selves, to tune into their needs, their fears, unhelpful patterns or unresolved areas which stop them living their lives fully. A space where they prioritise their journey, their psychological well-being, their hopes and dreams. In doing so, they can return to the outer world refreshed and empowered. I believe counselling is one of the most important services I can offer which is why I am on this journey and why I want to help my clients on theirs. My counselling service is open and accessible to all, please see my contact page if you would like to know more.
